Returns on new items can be made for store credit only, items must be returned within two weeks of arrival. Tags should be attached and the garment should be unworn. Shipping cost cannot be reimbursed and return shipping is at the buyer's expense. We are sorry, but due to the nature of vintage clothing we cannot take returns on vintage items, all sales are final for these gems. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us. We sell our vintage collection on consignment-so when items sell, you get a percentage of the price. We only take in consignment with an appointment (even if the shop is not busy, we have daily to do lists). You have to stay for the appointment-abosolutely no drop offs. Appointments can be made by emailing us at [email protected] You have to have a contract to sell with us-we will go through it at the first appointment. We accept items for consignment under the following conditions: clothing must be vintage (90s or older), clean, no damage and in season. We do not accept shoes, basics (sweats, unders, etc.)

If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. Cactus Flower does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third party processor.

Shipping and Handling
All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.
Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated.
For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option!
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
